Business Class Hosted VoIP
IBSTec’s hosted VoIP Enrich service provides channel partners with the ideal platform on which to build a profitable business IP telephony proposition. It is a hosted business class IP telephony service rich in features that any multi-user customer will demand. Standard functionality includes hunt groups, call queues, auto attendants, call recording and much more. Scalable and flexible, VoIP Enrich represents a cost effective way to accommodate customers’ immediate and future growth plans.
VoIP Enrich servers are located in IBSTec’s modern Telford data centers. Every feature of the service can be managed by partners and/or customers via a comprehensive and secure online portal. Auto-configuration of hardware, management of call queues, hunt groups and auto attendants, viewing of real-time reports and more is all facilitated online with extensive guidance at every stage.
As an IBSTec partner you can sell VoIP Enrich solutions completely under your own brand and even re-brand the online portal as your own by uploading your own company logo, contact details, color scheme and sales messages easily via synergi, IBSTec’s partner interface. Additional white label collateral is also available in the form of literature, price guides and handbooks
IBSTec’s agile approach to VoIP delivery enables channel partners to implement bespoke solutions in customers’ unique environments. Our VoIP Elite service allows IP telephony to be effectively deployed under very specific circumstances, such as across IP Virtual Private Networks and further integration into corporate applications including call center interfaces and CRM systems.

IBSTec’s EasyAccess service provides straightforward gateway access to IBSTec’s network using SIP trunking. Serving customers that already have an IP PBX server installation, VoIP EasyAccess provides call termination complete with full UK geographical numbering (01, 02 and 03 telephone numbers) and 0845 numbers.
As an IBSTec partner about SIP trunks, if you have the in-house technical knowledge to build your own VoIP platform to control all call functionality and customer billing and simply need a call termination service to route the calls from your system to the outside PSTN network, VoIP Easy Access completes the call termination element of your VoIP solution. Existing BT numbers can be migrated to our network and there is just a 30 day minimum contract period.
VoIP – Low Cost Pre-pay
IBSTec’s VoIP Express service provides channel partners with a quality entry level VoIP proposition to take to single-user customers able to pay in advance for the calls they make. The service is fully hosted and boasts a number of useful features including a geographic (01/02) or non-geographic (0845) number, voicemail, the ability to send SMS texts, free ‘on-net’ calls and competitive ‘off-net’ call rates, as well as real-time call data, black and white call lists, call forwarding and easy online account management via a secure user portal.
